Are you aware of the profound effects what you eat has on your brain function?

Did you know that nutrition can control which genes are expressed (which ones are "on" or "off")... starting from the mother whilst pregnant (and in fact, for two months prior to conception).

Here's an important video. It's about 48 minutes long, and well worth watching, so sit back and enjoy when you have an hour to spare. Please do.

About the video

This video is a talk given by retired neurosurgeon, researcher and educator Russell Blaylock MD. He explains in detail how poor nutrition and neurotoxins present in common foods can and do damage the brain, and how they can be linked to the root cause of criminal behavior, violence, and mental illnesses like depression and schizophrenia.
Blaylock is the author of numerous books including "Excitotoxins: The Taste That Kills."
