Part 4 of 4 (5 total)
Since I was a child I have noticed that eating foods with MSG in them would give me discomfort around my head. I would feel like there was a tight band around the top of my head and across my forehead. I would feel it within minutes. So distinct was this feeling that I could accurately determine whether the food I was eating had MSG in it or not. Noticing my MSG symptoms arising I would check with the source of what I had just eaten (the restaruant, Chinese Takeaway shop, or packaing, etc.) and indeed there would be MSG in there.
For this reason I have been very maticulous about avoiding all sources of MSG, "flavour enhancer 621".
Watch this video series and you too might consider this a wise food additive to avoid.

Of course, you may have already attended my Intelligent Nutrition workshop in which case I imagine you are already staying well clear of all processed and refined foods, so the likelihood of you eating MSG will be minimal, if any.
MSG is just one of the many foods and food additives that dumb the body down, rendering it somewhat "stupid". The good news is that it's a choice. You can choose to dumb your body down, and you can choice to feed it with highly intellient foods that will very rapidly raise its level of intelligence at an energetic and cellular level.

After receiving so much positive feedback from those people who incorporate into their lives the knowledge shared in my Intelligent Nutrition workshop, I have come to expect people to have amazing life-enhancing changes from that point on...
