Resolving your struggle of conflict and separation
I am sure you recognise and agree that conflict is a fairly significant occurance within the human experience. For as long as humanity can recall, there has been conflict of many kinds taking place within all forms of relationship—be that the close intimate relationship between lovers, or the impersonal relationship between two nations.
In my experience—and I would say that of any person who has deeply studied the true nature of conflict and its resolution—the source of all conflict is the same. Underlying all conflict is a wounded sense of self-identity and it's illusions of attack, victimisation, fear, and separation. The resolution to conflict always revolves around providing the loving support and wisdom necessary for those parties that are in conflict to identify these internal issues and find a suitable way to transform them.
The truth shall quite literally set you free—free from conflict, free from the need to defend, free from the need to attack, free from the need to be right or to make others wrong, and free from the pain that all conflict produces.
