Here is the trailer for Michael Moore's new file (October 2nd 2009 release) called CAPITALISM: A Love Story.

In my experience Michael Moore does tend towards being a dramatist, staging public stunts of various kinds in order to get attention. Some people appreciate this, some do not. Either way, I do think he tackles important issues, and his dramatisations can help to get the message across (with appeal) to a wider audience.

I have not seen this movie at this time. I shall write a brief review when I do.
